Levichev appealed to the head of Rosaviation Alexander Neradko, asking to consider the possibility of canceling air links with Turkey unless anti-terrorist measures are taken at all airports in Turkey.
The Russian MP recalled that flights to Russia are carried out from various Turkish cities at high risk of terror, including Istanbul.
“In a condition of non-negative attitude of the Turkish government toward ISIL, the militants are highly likely to seep into Turkish airports. And this can increase the threat of terror attacks for Russian airplanes,” he added.
