Baku-APA. Polish Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz on Monday announced the appointment of three new ministers in her government, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
They are Marian Zembala, a professor who will take over the ministry of health portfolio, Andrzej Czerwinski who will be the minister of finance, and Adam Korol, who will be the minister of sport and tourism.
Along with announcement of the new ministers, the premier announced the names of the new Coordinator of Special Forces: Marek Biernacki, and the Deputy Minister of Economics: Anna Ewa Nems.
The newly-named ministers will only hold the positions until the parliamentary elections which are scheduled for this fall. Their predecessors asked for dismissal after it came to light that they had given testimonies in an investigation concerning the eavesdropping of top-level Polish politicians in 2013 and 2014.
