Baku – APA. Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili has announced the new composition of the government.
APA reports quoting RIA Novosti that under the local legislation, President Georgi Margvelashvili should present the composition of the government to the parliament.
In its turn, the parliament should have confidence in the new government.
The seventh minister from the Cabinet of Ministers led by Garibashvili has resigned this week. Therefore, the issue of confidence in the government was raised.
Moreover, Tina Khidasheli was offered as a candidate to a Defense Minister’s post. She is the first female candidate nominated by Garibashvili for the post. Except Khidasheli, candidates for the posts of infrastructure and sports ministers were included to the list as well.
