According to APA's Georgian bureau, the meeting focused on the positive dynamics of bilateral trade and economic relations.
The sides also touched upon cooperation within regional energy and transport projects. In this context, the significance of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway was highlighted.
The prime ministers also exchanged views on regional security issues.
During the meeting, Kvirikashvili will attend the meeting of the Georgia-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council to be held in Turkey in the first half of this year.
