Baku – APA. Famous Turkish journalist and author Önder Aytaç, who was detained by the police as a result of the investigation launched on espionage, has been released after giving testimony, APA reports quoting Milliyet.

In his speech on “Samanyolu” TV channel on March 26, Aytaç said that the Turkish government is going to launch military intervention in Syria on the eve of the elections. Soon after this speech, the secret audio recording leaked to the Internet. In the leaked audio recording, Foreign Minister Ahmet DavutoÄŸlu, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Feridun SinirlioÄŸlu, National Intelligence Organization (MİT) head Hakan Fidan and Deputy Chief of General Staff Gen. YaÅŸar Güler are discussing to find a reason for military intervention in Syria. In the recording, Fidan is saying that he can launch a rocket from Syria to the territory of Turkey and organize an attack to the Suleyman Shah tomb in Syria. (Suleyman Shah was a grandfather of Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman state. The place in Syria, where he was buried, is regarded as the territory of Turkey, and is protected by Turkish soldiers).
