One killed in crop dusting plane crash in Czech

Baku-APA. A crop dusting plane crashed Saturday at Srbce, east Bohemia, in the Czech Republic, killing the pilot, said firefighter spokeswoman Vendula Horakova, APA reports quoting Xinhua.

There were two planes overflied the area on Saturday, and the forest workers reported the accident. The cause for the accident is under investigation.

The Z37-A Cmelak plane is a Czechoslovak-made one-engine plane for farming purposes. Its serial production started in 1965 and continued in various versions until 1984.

In June 2010, a plane of the same type crashed in Znojmo, south Moravia during take-off, fortunately the pilot only suffered scratches.
