Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko slammed on Friday the United States and the European Union for arming Poland against Belarus, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"Now the countries of the European Union and the United States are accelerating the arming of our neighbor, Poland. Thus another hotbed of tension is created, another stronghold for the aggression of ... United States of America," Lukashenko declared at a meeting.
His remarks came on the same day that Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki proposed hosting US nuclear weapons under NATO's nuclear sharing concept and in response to Russia's deployment of similar weapons in Belarus.
