The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has adopted a resolution declaring that Iran has not complied with its nuclear security obligations for the first time in 20 years, APA reports.
A resolution by three European countries and the United States on the Islamic Republic's nuclear program has been approved by the International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors.
Of the 35 members of the Board of Governors, 19 voted in favor, three voted against, and 11 abstained. Russia, China, and Burkina Faso voted against the resolution.
