"Threat of using nuclear weapons is real, and in such a situation, the main task of the government is to protect the country," said Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia, while presenting his annual report at the plenary session of the parliament, APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports.
Garibashvili said that the war in Ukraine is not only a problem of the region, but of the whole world.
"We see the rules-based international order changing, and the threat of actually using nuclear weapons is real. In such a situation, my main concern as the Prime Minister, the main task of the government is to protect our country and the interests of our people, and the most important thing is to maintain strong economic development in this situation," Garibashvili said.
