APA quotes the Turkish news agencies as saying after the testimony of Ufug Buyukchelebi, Siyami Yalchin, Murad Avar and Hamza Demir last night, the prosecutors asked the Istanbul on-duty 13th Court of Grave Crimes to issue order for their arrest, but the court decided that there was no need to arrest these persons and released them.
Buyukchelebi was put handcuffs while being arrested by the police.
