Russian military jet crashes, pilots survive

Baku-APA. A Russian warplane crashed on Saturday near the city of Lipetsk, but the two pilots ejected safely, the Russian Defense Ministry said, APA reports quoting Xinhua News Agency.
According to Air Force spokesman Vladimir Drik, the Yak-130 jet crashed around 17:00 Moscow time near the Lipetsk Air Force training center.
The jet fell during take-off, the Interfax news agency reported.
The crash might be caused by "a technical defect or a pilot error," a source close to the investigation commission said.
