According to him, the Southern Gas Corridor will contribute to whole region: “For instance, Georgia can develop its transport potential, as well as become a player having transit role in the regional and global scale. The Southern Gas Corridor will make the European market closer to our region. This project is important for more development of Azerbaijani, Georgian and Turkish economies and meets the strategic plans of these countries”.
He added the Southern Gas Corridor is one of the priority energy projects for EU.
