Baku. Agshin Rafiqoglu – APA-Economics. In August 2015, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline transported 2,298,159 tonnes of Azerbaijani oil, down 7.15% compared to the same period in 2014, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.
In January-August, 19,157,662 tonnes of oil were transported via this pipeline, down 2.1% by contrast to a year earlier.
Totally, 282,982,359 tonnes of oil have been pumped in this pipeline since it was launched.
Moreover, BTC transported 347,050 tonnes of Kazakh and Turkmen oil in August.
