Azerbaijan sees 7% decline in production of oil product

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-October, 2014, Azerbaijan’s oil companies produced AZN 2,198.4 mln-products, down 6.6% from previous year.

State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that 1,023,600 tonnes of gasoline were produced during the reporting period, down 12.5% from a year earlier. As of November 1, finished products made 50,600 tonnes.

Diesel production stood at 2,384,200 tonnes, up 14.9% by contrast to a year earlier. Finished products made 54,400 tonnes.

Kerosene production rose 0.3% to 587,900 tonnes. Finished products make 27,800 tonnes.

Oil bitumen declined 19.9% to 209,900 tonnes (finished products – 9,200 tonnes).

Lubricating oil rose 13.75 to 45,600 tonnes. Finished products stood at 12,000 tonners.

Petrol for petro-chemical industry rose 56.0% to 171,100 tonnes (finished products 6,200 tonnes).
