Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-August of 2015, Azerbaijan produced AZN 200.1 mln-machinery and equipment, transport facilities, cars and trailers, State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics.
Machinery and equipment production dropped 28.1%, cars and trailers fell 24.0%, and transport facilities slipped 1.1%.
Azerbaijan produced 370 vehicles, down 79.1% by contrast to a year earlier. Finished products stood at 298 units.
Truck production raised 16.7% to 210. Moreover, 469 special vehicles were produced in the reporting period (Finished products – 68 units).
At the same time, tractor production fell 23.3% to 670.
