US, Russian, Turkish, German and Kazakh officials to join 16th Caspian International Oil and Gas Conference

Baku. Victoria Dementyeva –APA. US, Russia, Turkish, German and Kazakh officials will join the 16th Caspian International Oil and Gas Conference on Baku on June 3-4, 2009, APA reports. Richard Morningstar, Special Envoy for Eurasian Energy Issues Ambassador, USA, Sauat Mynbayev, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Kazakhstan, Detlef Dauke, Director General for Energy Policy, Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, Germany, Yusuf Yazar, Deputy Minister of Energy, Turkey Stanislav Dorzhinkevich, Deputy Director for the Single Energy Policy Department, Ministry of Energy, Russian Federation will arrive in Baku to attend the exhibition. Michael Nobel, Chairman of Nobel Charitable Trust Foundation and representatives of the world leading oil and gas companies also expected to arrive in Baku. The Caspian role in the world energy security and investment in the Azerbaijan’s oil and gas sector will be discussed at the conference.
