According to the Election Code, pre-election campaign by the registered candidates, their authorized representatives, political parties, of which candidacy has been registered, party blocks, their authorized representatives starts 23 days before the election day and ends 24 hours before the start of voting.
The registered candidates, their authorized representatives, political parties, of which candidacy has been registered, party blocks, their authorized representatives will start the pre-election campaign on October 9 and end at 08:00 p.m. on October 31.
