Leonid Slutsky, the head of the observation mission of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, said they have observed the preparations for the polling process.
“We talked to the constituency’s chairman, observers and voters. I have to say that when it comes to election experience you should compare yourself to the experience [you had] several [elections] ago, rather than others,” he said.
In the polling station that we first visited, all has been organized for convenience of voters and election commissions, he added.
“We monitored the polling booths, the process of sealing the portable and non-portable ballot boxes and the registration of the voters. We have no complaints and even we are satisfied with everything. All details have been taken into consideration. I wish the Azerbaijanis to enjoy their rights to vote for their candidates”, he stressed.
The list of voters in the mentioned polling stations includes 1,289 voters.
