The date for the Cabinet of Ministers to present its annual report to the Milli Majlis is set to change, APA reports.
The change is reflected in the draft law included in the agenda of the Milli Majlis session to be held on May 16 — the draft law on amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Additional Guarantees for the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Resolving the Issue of Confidence in the Cabinet of Ministers.”
Under the current law, the Cabinet presents its report during the fifth meeting of the spring session each year.
According to the amendment, the Cabinet will now submit its annual report to the Milli Majlis by March 31 during the spring session.
