An appeal has been received by the CEC regarding the termination of Ramil Hasan's MP activities, the CEC told APA.
It was stated that the application will be reviewed in the coming days.

Ramil Hasan will suspend his parliamentary activity, APA reports.
Hasan will serve as the Secretary-General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA).
The Central Election Commission will make a decision regarding Hasan’s parliamentary mandate in accordance with the procedure.
Speaking at today’s session of the Milli Majlis, Hasan said that he was nominated for the position of TURKPA Secretary-General thanks to the trust of President Ilham Aliyev and Speaker Sahiba Gafarova.
He noted that he feels proud to leave the ranks of the victorious parliament that triumphed under the leadership of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief and thanks to the heroic struggle of the Azerbaijani Army.
Speaker Sahiba Gafarova congratulated Ramil Hasan and wished him success in his new role.
It should be noted that on June 12 this year, during the 14th plenary session of TURKPA held in Astana, Kazakhstan, Ramil Hasan was elected as the organization’s Secretary-General. He will assume his new post on October 15.
Previously, the position was held by Mehmet Süreyya from Türkiye. Ramil Hasan also served as TURKPA Secretary-General from 2009 to 2013.
