The composition and Rules of Procedure of the Permanent Commission for the Investigation of Aviation Accidents and Incidents have been approved, APA reports.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the relevant decision.
According to the decision, the composition of the Permanent Commission for the Investigation of Aviation Accidents and Incidents is as follows:

Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Members of the Permanent Commission
Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chief of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chief of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Chief of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The decision also approved the “Regulations on the Permanent Commission for the Investigation of Aviation Accidents and Incidents.”
