Experts assess relations between Russian and Azerbaijani governments better than relations between peoples

Moscow-APA. â€œBelarus-Russia intellectual clubâ€ determined the rating of confidence among countries and peoples. APA reports that a group consisting of 10 famous experts mainly studied the relations among Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. But Russiaâ€™s relations with other countries, as well as with post-Soviet countries were also studied. According to the confidence between the government elite, Russia-Belarus relations (60 points) are better. Second come Russia-Armenia relations (54 points) as expected. Russia-Azerbaijan relations rank the 13th - 37 points. Russia-Ukraine relations ranks the 16th (26 points), Russia-Georgia relations (17 points) and Russia-Estonia relations share 19th and 20th places. Russia-India (47), Russia-China (43), Russia-USA (41) and Russia-European Union (38) relations are better than Moscowâ€™s relations with post-Soviet countries.
The relations among peoples are a little bit different. Russia-Belarus (78 points) relations come the first again. The relations with Armenia rank 9th â€“ 41 points. The relations between Russian and Azerbaijani people rank 17th with 30 points. They are followed by Latvia, Estonia and Georgia.
