Ali Hasanov: â€œThe list of bodies that will observe the presidential elections in Azerbaijan is readyâ€

The intergovernmental international organizations, Council of Europe, OSCE, its various bodies, European Parliament, other bodies representing the USA, nongovernmental organizations observing and monitoring elections, central election commissions of various countries and their representatives are among themâ€, Head of Socio-Political Department of the Presidential Executive Office Ali Hasanov said, APA reports. The department head noted that the list of the organizations that would observe the elections was ready and said the Central Election Commission would invite them basing on the schedule.
â€œBesides, some international organizations, as well as intergovernmental organizations appeal on their initiative to observe the election monitoring and election process. The Parliament, Central Election Commission, Foreign Ministry and other relevant bodies received such appeals. The coverage of the elections will be broader than we have expected. More organizations will observe the elections than we expected. We are interested in transparent observation of the elections and proper coverage of the results and realitiesâ€, he said.
