He noted that there were several problems.
“We have not familiarized with position of newly-elected Armenian president. There was tensity, mass actions after the presidential elections in Armenia, state of emergency was announced, activity of media was confined. How many Armenians believe in newly-elected president? We do not know which steps Armenia will take in negotiations processâ€, he said.
