Baku. Tamara Grigoryeva-APA. Special Representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby met with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. APA reports that Peter Semneby told journalists after the meeting they had discussed various spheres of Azerbaijan–EU relations. They also discussed preparation for the presidential elections, political reforms, Human Rights, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, diversification of energy resources, forthcoming meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents.
