Turkmen President added that education had been developed in Azerbaijan. Turkmen President stressed that the two countries had similar history and culture and relations on education were further developed between the two countries. The President of Turkmenistan added that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had conducted productive negotiations and achieved intergovernmental negotiations.
“I hope for further development of relations in all fields, including science and educationâ€, he said.
