Lala Shoukat: â€œAzadligâ€ block will not change its decision to boycott presidential elections

Baku. Elnur Mammadli -APA. â€œAzadligâ€ block will not change its decision to boycott the presidential elections this autumn. Member of blockâ€™s governing council and leader of National Union Movement Lala Shoukat told APA that the block is thinking to participate in the elections only after the serious changes to the Election Code and creation of pre-election democratic conditions. She said annexes and amendments to the Election Code complicated the situation reminding that article on the composition of election commissions was not included in the project, agitation on the national TV was banned and it will be regulated by the Advertising law in the private channels. Lala Shovkat said they would pass official decision in the blockâ€™s meeting to boycott the elections. She said the block insisted to hold meetings in the center of the city.
