Ziyafat Asgarov: â€œSpecial thesis on recognition of territorial integrity was included in final declaration of international conference in St. Petersburg on the insistence of Azerbaijanâ€

Thesis on recognition of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the countries was included in final declaration of international conference in St.-Petersburg on the insistence of Azerbaijan, said Ziyafat Asgarov, First Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament in his exclusive interview with APA. He said Azerbaijani delegation led by him attended the conference entitled â€œInformation security as a factor of combating global terrorismâ€. A final declaration was adopted at the conference attended by representatives from 27 countries. The declaration contained number of thesis on information security. â€œWe requested to include special thesis on recognition of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the countries in the declaration. Secretariat of the conference protested it, but I voiced our arguments related to this issue. They were forced to agree with our arguments and to include our proposal in the declarationâ€. Ziyafat Asgarov said Armenian delegation also attended the conference. Asgarov said he directed attention to the facts of occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia and Armenian unveiled cyber-terrorism. â€œI told them that Armenians frequently attacked our sites and destroyed many of them. I reminded that we had regularly given information about that and directed attention to Armenian commitment of cyber-crimesâ€.
