PACE mission expected to visit Azerbaijan to study cultural heritage in the South Caucasus

It was agreed by the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Georgian parliamentarians at the PACE spring session in April, said Edward Oâ€™Hara, head of the mission and rapporteur of PACE Committee on Culture, Education and Science on the situation of cultural heritage in the South Caucasus and British MP in his exclusive interview with APA. â€œInitially we planned to pay a regional visit and to visit Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia at the same time, but during the discussions we decided that it would be difficult. Therefore we decided to visit Baku and Nakhchivan at firstâ€.
The rapporteur said they were specifying the date of the visit and they expected to realize the visit in later June. â€œWe are negotiating this issue nowâ€.
