International scientific conference â€œThe History: as it wasâ€ takes place in Baku

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“APA. Republican Youth Movement â€œIraliâ€ (â€œForwardâ€), Ministry of Youth and Sport and Baku State University jointly organized two-day international scientific conference titled â€œThe History: as it wasâ€ in Baku. According to APA, Intigam Babayev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport spoke of the historic moments related to March 31, the Day of Genocide against Azerbaijanis and works carried out by the Government for delivering of these facts to the international community. Elnur Aslanov, Head of the Department of Political Analysis and Information of the Presidentâ€™s Office said the national diplomacy was making necessary steps toward delivering of facts of the genocide against Azerbaijani people to the international community. He said Armenians with support of their patrons were breaking stability and development in the region for more than century. Bahar Muradova, Vice-Speaker of the Parliament said Armenia preferred mean methods of struggle. She said it was important to organize such international conferences frequently. â€œEvents dedicated to the Genocide against Azerbaijanis should mostly be organized abroad. We have to find the most affective method of propagandaâ€. US Ambassador to UN General Assembly and Security Council in 2001-2006 Sichan Siv said his family was also suffered from the genocide. He said he was Cambodian and early in 1970s his people was also suffered from the genocide after the change of power in this country. Former ambassador condemned all genocide acts against the humanity. Then books titled â€œHistory of the tragedyâ€ and â€œArmenian elite hereâ€ and similar film have been presented at the conference. The participants are also expected to establish a working group for scientific researches.
