Tomorrow, the next sitting of pro-opposition Musavat party’s Assembly will be held, chief of the assembly Sulheddin Akber told the APA. He said the meeting to be start at 11.00 will be open for media. Saying that the agenda of the meeting has been specified in the Supreme Assembly, Sulheddin Akber noted Party chief will make report and elections will be held to the vacancies in the party. He said that the discussion on presidential elections has not been considered.
“But may be party chief will express his stance on this issue,†he said.
He said that the party is not ready for 2008 presidential elections.
“Various ideas have been uttered about presidential elections. The alternative idea of the party is that to create democratic situation in the country, to form the composition of election commission on parity basis and restore freedom of assembly,†he said. /APA/
