Ramil Usubov: Police is also guilty in crimes happened on family dispute

50% of the deliberate murder crimes happened on family dispute, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov told journalists, APA reports. The Minister did not except the guilt of the police in these crimes. He said that if these families were taken under control and the police took necessary measures, half of these crimes would not happen. Ramil Usubov commissioned district and city police bodies to contact with such families regularly. /APA/
