Russia spread memorandum on frozen conflicts in Post Soviet countries on behalf of separatist Abkhazia, Transdniestria and South Ossetia

She said that the initiators of the raise of the question in the UN General Assembly are Georgia and Moldova, having ethnic conflicts since the times of Soviet Union.
The memorandum says:
“Georgia’s and Moldova’s aggression against our self-determination have come to fiasco. They want to frighten us with war and return to empires.�
Unrecognized republics deny that they are separatists and state that the conflicts began after Moldova and Georgia announced their independence breaking international norms and only Tbilisi and Kishinyov are responsible for separatism.
“Not the formation of Abkhazia, Transdniestria and South Ossetia as independent states, but Georgia and Moldova pursuing the policy of danger and provocation causes a threat to international arena, security and development causes a threat. They keep us in blockade and organize military and political provocations against peacekeepers.�
The memorandum invites the representatives of unrecognized republics to discussions.
Taking a stance on the problem Azerbaijan Foreign ministry Press and Information Policy Department Chief Tahir Tagizadeh told the APA that Azerbaijan respects territorial integrity of its GUAM partners. /APA/
