Appeals Court keeps judgment on Natiq Afendiyev effective

By the court decision, the judgement passed by Dashkesan Court remained in effect.
Dashkesan Court sentenced Natig Afendiyev to five years in jail.
Afendiyev was arrested under accusation of coup attempt, October, 2005, mass disorder and illegal arm carrying. The Court declared only Article 228.2 (illegal arm carrying) of the Criminal Code admissible. /APA/
