He noted that during Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbayev’s visit to Azerbaijan an intergovernmental agreement on strategical alliance was signed between the two countries and this agreement is in effect.
“This agreement still remains in force. Azerbaijan is a part of strategical interests of Kazakhstan in the region. As to Armenia-Kazakhstan relations, we’d like them to influence the peaceful settlement of Nagorno Garabagh conflict,� Khalaf Khalafov said. /APA/
