Mehman Mammadov: Boris Eyyuboiv, Ruslan Ukushov and Dilber Novruzovaâ€™ s deaths were attributed to car accident

Mehman Mammdov gave testimony on banking crimes of Elchin Aliyev, the chief of Kapital Bank Administrative Staff. He said that he did not obtain credits from IBA. Elchin Aliyev said that he did not know Mammadov and when he worked in IBA he saw that he received credit.
Then Aydin Ibrahimov gave testimony on Boris Eyyubov, Ruslan Ukushov and Dilber Novruzovaâ€™s murder. He said that he was working as policeman in Garadagh Police department when the accident happened.
â€œWe were informed of car accident in Gurd Gapisi on December 19, 1998. I went to the site as a specialist to collect material evident. There were two men and a woman bodies in the site. I did not participate in the examining. The only reason was car accident,â€? he said.
Then Hamid Berdeliyev gave testimony on the episode of Ilham Gedimzadehâ€™s kidnapping, Ayten Muradova, Hokume Akberova and Nasimi Talibov on the episode of attack to Siyazan region resident Eldar Muradovâ€™s house and Talat Tagiyev on the episode of armed attack on policemen and answered the questions of participants.
Namig Muradov gave testimony on the episode of the chief of IM Struggle for Drugs department Azer Ismayilovâ€™s murder, but Elton Guliyev a lawyer to Elchin Aliyev asked to hold the process closed.
