Federation of Canada Azerbaijanis Organizations collapsed

The â€œannual meetingâ€? was held with the participation of two Federation organizations and three other organizations, which are not the members of the Federation. They elected the president of the Federation,â€™ some members of the Managing Staff of the Federation said, APA reports.
The Federation told the APA that it was established by Canada-Azerbaijan Friendship Association, Ontario Azerbaijanis Association, Quebec Azerbaijanis Association, Canada-Azerbaijan Cooperation Association, Azerbaijan Education and Culture Center and Center for Support to Azerbaijani Women and registered in 2005. The Federation made some achievements last year. They met with Paul Martin, Canadian Prime Minister.
In the statement sent to APA by Ilham Akhundov, the president of Canada-Azerbaijan Cooperation Association, Masud Aliyev, Quebec Azerbaijanis Association, Esmira Asadova, the president of Canada-Azerbaijan Friendship Association and Javad Zerrin, the president of Ontario Azerbaijanis Association it is mentioned that the annual meeting should be announced by the whole Staff 30 days before according to the regulation. /APA/
