An event was held in the building of the Council of Veterans of the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district of the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow.
Chairman of Azerbaijani National Cultural Autonomy of the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district of the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow Ali Kazimov noted that the establishment of the Veterans Organization named after Hazi Aslanov, the hero of the Battle of Stalingrad, on the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad is a significant event as he delivered speech during the event.
Diaspora chairman said that the Veterans Organization named after General Hazi Aslanov was created by the initiative of Azerbaijan National-Cultural Autonomy, Information Commission of Moscow War Veterans Committee and All-Russian public organization "Courage of Labor" of Russia.
During the event, the work plan of the organization for 2024 was adopted, and a unanimous decision was made to join the Committee of Moscow War Veterans.
