Last version of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Charter to be ready soon

Bakuâ€“APA. Last version of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Charter will be ready in the next few days. The last version of the document took proposals and opinions of the scientists, relevant organizations into account, the State Committee for Work with Diaspora told APA. Amendments proposed at the World Azerbaijanis Coordination Councilâ€™s meeting in Baku on December 18, 2008 were added to the last version. The Solidarity Charter is a program of future works to be done in the field of Diaspora policy. It will be presented to the scientists, intellectuals and media representatives in Baku and discussed. The Charter will be issued after the round table and spread among the Diaspora leaders and activists in the third congress of the European Azerbaijanis Congress. The European Azerbaijanis Congress and Benelux Azerbaijanis Congress will organize the conference on the â€œWorld Azerbaijanis Solidarity Charter as a new stage in the Azerbaijani Diasporaâ€™s historyâ€ in Netherlands. Authors of the Charter will also participate at the conference, where the issues interested our compatriots will be highlighted.

These events aim to implement concrete mechanisms of the realization of goals and duties set in the Charter.
