“World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Charter†proposed for public discussion

The “World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Charter†adopted at the World Azerbaijanis Coordination Council in Baku on December 18-19 will be proposed for public discussion, deputy chairman of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora Valeh Hajiyev told APA. He said the Charter is a historical document and should be introduced to the public community. “There were different proposals from both historians and Diaspora representatives during the discussion of the Charter. All those proposals will be taken into account and the document will be elaborated again. The working group elaborating the Charter and the committee representatives will gather once more by the year-end. Some of the articles will be amended and after that the Charter will be published and sent to the Diaspora organizations in the foreign countriesâ€.
Hajiyev said the Charter would play a role of program for the Diaspora organizations.
