Day of Azerbaijanisâ€™ Genocide commemorated in world countries

Baku. Mahbube Gasimbeyli â€“APA. Events on the occasion of March 31, the Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis have been arranged in the world countries. APA reports, protest action and march were organized in the front of Canadian Parliament on March 30. Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania held an arrangement dedicated to the Day of Genocide on Monday. Ambassador Eldar Hasanov spoke about the history of Genocide against Azerbaijanis, APA was told at the Embassy. The ambassador brought to the attention the concrete facts about the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, Armenian aggressive policy, Khojali tragedy and occupation of other regions of Azerbaijan. Further photos of Genocide Act have been demonstrated. Information about the Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis has been sent to the Romanian Parliament, governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Romania. Romanian Mass Media has also covered this information. Press-Service of the State Committee on Affairs with Azerbaijanis living abroad told APA, Azerbaijani Society in Dubai, UAE arranged the event, where they showed documentary film and organized photo exhibition and spread books and DVDs among the participants.
