National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis living in Nijegorodsk Province finds it important to encourage youths to literacy not to bazaar

Azerbaijanis living in Nijegorodsk Province had many societies. But according to a new law, a nation is allowed to be presented only by one society. Therefore only one society that we founded with our brothers is active at present. Our aim is to propagate our language, culture, to provide jobs to our compatriots coming from Azerbaijan. Members of four societyâ€™s management board are involved in settling registration problems of our compatriotsâ€ President of National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis living in Nijegorodsk Province Zaur Idrisov told the APA.
He underline that Russia recognizes only autonomies from associations established by national minorities. Z.Idrisov underlined that Nijegorodsk governor allocated 6 million ruble to all national-cultural autonomies saying that each autonomy governor will claim funds for works done:â€ I am one of 28 members of the council established on this purpose. I believe that Azerbaijanis will have no problems after their passport registration problem will be solved. We want to encourage youths to literacy. Everybody can not work at bazaar. There are our smart compatriots living in Russia. We have to encourage them, provide jobs to themâ€ he added.
Mr.Idrisov added that they intend to open a center for solving registration problems. Main Internal Affairs of Nijegorodsk Province, Passport-Visa Office and Regional National-cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis living in Nijegorods are expected to sign trilateral agreement. He added that there are 40 000 Azerbaijanis registered in Nijegorodsk and all of them are citizens of the RF. He said that they would never forget their motherland Azerbaijan:â€ We all have mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers in Azerbaijan. I always underlined that we have to help our President Ilham Aliyev and support him. We believe in our future./APA/
