Russia Azerbaijani Youth Organizationâ€™s foundation conference to take place in Moscow on April 18

Moscow. Roman Aghayev â€“APA. Azerbaijani Youth Organization in Russia will hold its foundation conference on April 18, 2009 in Forum Hall, Moscow, press service of Azerbaijanâ€™s embassy in Russia told APA Moscow correspondent. The conference aims to gather the Azerbaijani young people together to learn historic heritage, culture and traditions, as well as to present contemporary realities of Azerbaijan to the Russian cultural-information organizations. The conference will be held under the auspices of Azerbaijan Youth and Sport Ministry, Azerbaijani Embassy and Representation of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Russia. Delegations from Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as 50 regional organizations will join the conference. Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Narishkin, Chief of the Domestic Policy Department of the Russian Presidential Administration Oleg Govorin, Head of the Education and Culture Department of the Russian Government Denis Molchanov, Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy Vitaly Mutko, First Vice Mayor of Moscow, Co-Chairperson of the Moscow-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission Lyudmila Shevtsova, Chairman of State Duma Committee for Youth Pavel Tarakanov, Chairman of the Youth and Tourism Commission of the Council of Federation Vladimir Jidkikh, Minister of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan Azad Rahimov, Azerbaijanâ€™s Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu will attend the conference. Russian and Azerbaijani popular artists will perform joint concert program after the conference. Russian stars Nikolay Baskov, Dmitry Malikov, Pelagea, Azerbaijanâ€™s Aysel&Arash, Sevda Alekperzadeh, the State Dance Group, Mugham trio will perform the program, presented by Tahir Mammadov and Yulia Kovalchuk.
