Bakiev does not admit his guilt and says the new leaders are "criminals and killers"

Baku - APA. De jure current President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev gave the speech at the meeting in the Teyit village, the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad Oblast. He stated he does not admit his guilt and named the opposition leaders and members of self-proclaimed provisional government as "criminals and killers".According to Kurmanbek Bakiev, he does not admit the provisional government. "They used force to take over the power – he said – while in March of 2005 all legitimate power transfer procedures were observed". It has to be mentioned that there was not a single security guard at the event. Bakiev informed he let his guards (about 15 people) go "because new leaders threatened to kill their families".
The president was accompanied by his three influential brothers, including Djanysh (Djanybek), convicted of organizing the massacre and put on the official wanted list. The meeting was attended by about 2000 people.
