Bishkek. Laman Aghayeva - APA. Italian maestro Antonio Stradivari’s violin was found in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, APA correspondent in Kazakhstan reports. Antiquary expert Nikolay Dudkin said he got the violin a month ago. He said the instrument was not played for almost 100 years and it was given him by the members of the wealthy textile mill owner’s family, exiled from Petersburg in 40s of last century. Dudkin said the violin was visually same with Stradivari’s other works. He said experts of Almati central museum couldn’t give an opinion about the instrument. Dudkin advised to the owners of the violin to take it to Moscow for examination. One more violin believed to be Stradivari’s was found in 2007, in Cehlyabinsk, Russia.
