Additional share issuance registered at National Depository Center increases over 6 times

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. The National Depository Center (NDC) registered deals on additional issuance of shares in the face value of AZN 3,897,504,708 in January-October, 2014, up 6.4 times from previous year.

NDC told APA-Economics that 812 deals were registered during the same period. I October, the Center registered 35 deals on additional issuance of shares in the volume of AZN 64,412,800.

The NDC signed 49 contracts with securities issuers during the reporting period,, including 7 contracts in October.

The NDC registered 4,168 stock-exchange deals in the face value of AZN 727,490,977 in January-October, 2014, including 550 stock-exchange deals in the sum of AZN 108,038,902 in October.

Moreover, the NDC registered 431 ex-pit transactions in the face value of AZN 41,877,155 in January-October, 2014, including 76 transactions in the sum of AZN 2,960,580 in October.
