In the US stock markets, the Dow Jones increased by 0.10%, the S&P 500 by 0.05%, and the Nasdaq decreased by 0.22%.
Thus, the Dow Jones was 49,500.93 points, the S&P 500 by 6,836.17 points, and the Nasdaq Composite by 22,546.67 points.
In the European markets, the FTSE 100 increased by 0.42%, the DAX by 0.25%, and the CAC 40 decreased by 0.35%.
As a result, the FTSE 100 was 10,446.35 points, the DAX was 24,914.88 points, and the CAC 40 was 8,311.74 points.
In Asian stock markets, the Nikkei 225 fell 1.21%, the Hang Seng fell 1.72%, and the TOPIX fell 1.63%.
Thus, the Nikkei 225 was 56,941.97 points, the Hang Seng 26,567.12 points, and the TOPIX 3,818.85 points.
Analysts explain the mixed dynamics in the markets by investors' cautious stance against the backdrop of expectations regarding US interest rate policy and global economic growth.
