Azerbaijan to adopt bill on â€œVoluntary activityâ€

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“APA. MM Standing Commission on Social Policy has held a meeting, APA reports.
The meeting has discussed the bill on â€œVoluntary activityâ€. Azay Guliyev, head of Working Group on preparation of the document stated that this bill would define legal bases of voluntary relations.
To him, voluntary activity is a social and useful activity on service, support for the works, which not prohibited by Azerbaijani legislation and not related with main working place.
â€œEntrepreneurship activity cannot be voluntary activity. War, violence, impatience should not be propagated and racial, national, religious hostility should not be stirred under the voluntary activity. Voluntary activity can be carried out permanently or temporarilyâ€, he said. After the debates, the bill was estimated conceptually and recommended for the consideration of the Parliament.
