Issue on Islam Aliyev’s dismissal from the post of judge of Nakhchivan AR Supreme Court and his appointment to new post was considered in today’s meeting of Azerbaijani parliament, APA reports.
Chairman of the State Building and Legal Commission of the Parliament Ali Huseynov said that Islam Aliyev was appointed judge to Azerbaijani Supreme Court. Moreover, Huseyn Mahammadov was dismissed from the post of judge of Nakhchivan AR Supreme Court due to the change of his post.
Huseynov said that Mahammadov will be appointed chief of Nakhchivan city Court. /APA/
