Azerbaijani Parliament to ratify Declaration recognizing PKK as a terrorist organization

Parliamentarian said that several members of the commission gave questionnaire to the chair of the commission Ziyafat Asgarov on delaying meeting of the organization.
The chair said that there is item envisaging recognition of PKK as a terrorist organization in the Declaration signed jointly between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
â€œThat document will be sent to Azerbaijani Parliament for ratification soon. Ratification of the document in Azerbaijani Parliament will mean that Azerbaijan, as well as Azerbaijani Parliament officially recognizes PKK as a terrorist organization. That is why Parliament is not expected to adopt a separate statement,â€ he said. /APA/
